underwhelming stay at this hotel
additional cost inconvenient setup
the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to the surrounding area.
The amenities in my room were lacking.. i had to pay extra for coffee, disappointing. there was also no bar near the apartments' pool. It felt inconvenient. these issues detracted from my overall experience.

i found the location at the end of the pine walk convenient. the staff always seemed positive and smiling, which i appreciated. i booked the apartment this time and it was perfectly appointed, which suited my needs well.
i had some issues with the room. the check in could have been more cute. i also found that there were no water stations available in the hotel, inconvenient.

Repeat visit delight
beautiful surroundings refined service
This was my second visit. Everything was perfect with beautiful surroundings and great service. I had the best facial with candles and fresh rose petals. Super caring staff also attended to me. THE entire hotel was clean and the balance of relaxed yet refined service were good.
I found that amenities in the room were at additional charge. I had a coffee machine and kettle in the room but no coffee. They told me I needed to pay for this. This seemed like a joke.

The hotel provides waterfront sunbeds. This offers a beautiful location. The setting overlooks the sea and includes a pine tree walk frontage. This is excellent for morning strolls. The town is a short walk along the pine walk.

Staff members are attentive and friendly. This creates a cute atmosphere. Some staff members deserve special mention, including Monica at the restaurants. Santiago at reception was helpful. I appreciate that.

The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily, offering a relaxing stay! Rooms were generous in size with super Comfey beds. THE rooms were quiet. you could get 7 nights of uninterrupted sleep.

Breakfast choices are excellent. The breakfast buffet presents beautifully fresh dishes. The evening dinner included a varied salad bar. This was followed by a three course dinner ordered and served at the table. Book ahead in peak holiday PERIOD.

Really good Stay
ample space sparkling cleanliness great bathroom delicious breakfast
The room had ample space and sparkling cleanliness impressed me. A great bathroom included a large shower and good water pressure. Breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and delicious options. All the hotel facilities looked very clean .
I experienced a small issue with the mini bar. Everything inside came at an extra charge, even water.
